The Plano Martial Arts Competition team is a diverse group of martial artists striving to better ourselves through competition and the support of one another. We have a passion for martial arts and spend many hours training at our dojo, encouraging each other to get our kicks higher and our stances deeper, and have fun learning more and more every day.

Our team was established February of 2016 and since then we have racked up many awards and recognition across the state. We are very proud to represent Plano Martial Arts!

DEMO PRACTICE
Demo practice begins Tuesday, September 6th and will be from 7-8pm. If you plan to be a part of the demo, please be present for the entire hour of each of the demo practices. The practice schedule for the month of September will be different due to the additional demo practices. Please be advised.
